How Louisiana fits the NSA picture

Louisiana Act 453 of 2023 (SB 109) requires insurer to pay OON ambulance direct within 30 days at local rate or lesser of 325% Medicare / billed charges. Payment is 'payment in full' — provider may not bill enrollee additional amount.
